[get] File Hosting Script

I?m looking for a website clone script of like PirateBay or a Warez site where users can upload files for hosting and other users can rate and comment them.
I would like it if the script had a user registration feature and some sort of administration backend.

I?ve been searching though script sites for days and can?t find the right one. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
