Get Facebook likes?

I had an app on Android that all you just like other people's Instagram photos and you get points to use to get likes on your photos.

Is there something like that for Facebook. An app or something where I can pick a photo I posted and gets likes on it. I tried like4like but it's not working after a day of adding urls
