@Asif WILSON Khan already stated it may be blocked in firefox. Just use a different browser.

Most traffic tools will receive that page, or come up as a (pups) potentially unwanted programs in Anti Virus products, the programs are safe. You need to understand what the programs do and if you are scared of the warnings then don't download.
