I was wondering if there was a way to grab emails from facebook fan pages. im starting a new niche site and would like to grab some emails from a competitors fan page to boost traffic.

You can use SimpleEmailExtractor :

It will extract emails addresses from Facebook profiles (@facebook.com) and from Fan pages/Groups.
