Register.com is as OK as NetSol as long as you either transfer out after a couple months, or you take advantage of a cheap renewal coupon -there's a $10.00 special renewal price at register, which boils down to $6/y, not bad. The only problem with transfers is that it takes anywhere from 5-10 days for them to issue the required code to transfer out, and about 4-7 days after that to release the domain to the winning registrar. Not that bad compared to, say 1&1.
