Get dofollows for a .de domain?

Hey guys, i know the marketplace here but i didnt find any .de backlinkservices, so i'm here to ask you how i can build backlinks for my website.

I just now no-follow sites and yeah..i dont want to spam.
And before i spend money for it, i want to ask here.

Even blackhat-options could be mentioned, but i prefer white had because i heard google slap you on the butt if you generate too many links.

And... .com backlinks are good for me or not?

If your website is in German then you've to look on websites in German mostly (but you also could get at about 10 % of your link profile in other languages).
If your budget is a solid one - I could help you with News Outlets' links

Hm you can try to analyze other websites in your niche and check which backlinks they have set.
Or try some SEO Tools like scrapebox to find some related blogs.
