You can also get a nofollow profile backlink too in the profiles section.

No it's not. But if they caught you spamming unrelated stuff, your posts will be removed.
That's no need to do that anyway. If you can get contextual do-follow link then just go with that.
It's do-follow if you are following my guides in the first post...in fact there are two ways to get do-follow links on that site. So please read again carefully.

i try it but i think that is no follow links i just check in via page source so can you tell me how to get do-follow backlinks can you explain in step by step where need to select links and delete ?

i did the same i create link then select link and click on remove button of hyperlink its remove and show simple link so i did correct?
I think they changed to no-follow. I'm not getting anymore do-follow.

If you have from Wikipedia, delete that as well.
A backlink is a backlink, people care too much about f/nf

you have to contribute to the website first, if you have created a new account and directly posted your link then they will definitely ban your account. also if you are posting your link, then don't just post the link, write something that relates to your websiteaccount blocked
