I got this message after click save:

This is because your content contains some keywords that they do not allow. I had the same issue, my text contained the word 'password' - as soon as i removed that, I was able to save my form!

Don't bother trying to get this backlink. You now need to get the pro version to be able to add the link in the form, they don't accept HTML for free accounts.

They fix this i think, after add html link i will get "Advanced customization of forms by adding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a paid feature. "
