get copy right off youtube videos?

hi guys

is there a way to download clips from video sites, and take away the tracks of copyright infrignment so that when you reupload to youtube it doesn not track it as copyright material?

You might want to try embedding subtitles on the video 1st, then upload it to youtube.

Instead of doing the subtitles manually, you can usually download the subtitles somewhere (just google moviename .srt or something). Of course this works better for popular movies.

I use Xvid4PSP to embed subtitles. Don't let the name throw you off, it will embed subtitles for many different video types (not just PSP ones).

Or maybe throw a huge watermark on the video.

I cut parts out of the videos, watermark them, add titles to beginning and end and if the video is from a partner or copyright, YouTube still knows. I tend to just steer clear of copyright stuff, there is plenty other material to choose from anyway.
