Yeah, entropay is not allowed, i use Paypal, my own cards and local czech VCCs to create multiple accounts...

I was getting leads from their popunders, but was not able to scale my campaigns so I stopped doing it. You definitely need to use a tracker and exclude bad performing sources quickly! Going to try their native ads now...
