Did you buy it? You are complaining about crappy support in a [GET] thread. If you did buy it and got burned, send me a PM and can sort you a discount for Soundcloudmanager.

If you didn't buy it and are complaining about support, then have a word....

Hi rootjazz,
I did buy it. At first when I got it they used to reply in less than 24 hours and I always got notification about them receiving my e-mail but this time they didn't reply to few e-mails and I didn't get any notification.
I saw on their facebook page that they didn't reply to other people too probably because they couldn't sort the problem.
Finally I received new version which didn't work and they replied that they're trying to sort it out.
A week later I realized that it's finally working. At least play/download work.
I don't use other features so I'm not sure if they work.
I'm sorted for now but I'll let you know when I decided getting another bot.

I would think the plays feature would be working. Its pretty simple to do. I still got a simple plays bot if anyone is interested.
