I believe that human interaction (people who is flagging your site for suspicious) are X factor so really it's up to you how to test it and what results will be. Try it and let us know.
For antimalware sites, if your site is already in their database, I doubt that this basic script will help you. Otherwise, if you manage to block/redirect relevant bots that are checking your site, you can prevent them to mark you or at least your site can "survive" longer.

Yes, ssl will not leak referrer. You can improvise, use www.linkonym.com for blanking, follow their link formatting instruction and put it into script.

What he says is the best way.. ssl will blank it every time. There is another self hosted script/file which is handy, and blanks a lot of the time, but not with some browsers.. I think it was anonym.php .. If you Google that in quotes you'll probably find it. I've used it before and it worked, but also used it and didn't at one network..

Your script is great.
My suggestion:
It'll work for only 1 campaign. It's better to seperate it into 3 files instead of 2 and 1 more for each additional campaign. The third contains the urls and the settings (if the user wanted to change it) and include it after the settings part in the original PHP file.
Like this, if the user wants to create new campaign the user will just copy the file and change the links so the all campaigns will share the same settings and changing the settings later will be easier.

... or user can rename the file and put another links and setup. Simplicity is idea, to be all in one file. On this way, when you rename file, you have another campaign. You can have 1000 files with different links if you want, in same folder or domain.
