Googlebot is not hard to redirect / block, simple looking at their rDNS and blocking them will do a job (yes, you do not need to purchase zillion IP adresseses and IP ranges to do it) ; problem is with manual reviewers from all over the world. Also, how much of trouble would be for the giant like google to make custom systems, checking site from various locations, time zones, computers, browsers and configurations at same time, looking differences between fetched page , and if different material is presented or redirect noticed flagging pages for further review ? I am not believing in those "custom platforms" that some people here are selling over PM's, its simply not possible to avoid google hammer if they decide to fuck you over. Me, with 3 portable browsers and few proxies can find your stuff and redirects and blocking and whatever, now imagine how much stuff google can do. Blocking first 200 visitors and whatever are doing on those "platforms" are simply avoiding the truth and selling the fog. Prove me wrong.

No need, its already done few of them, and nothing is 100 % efficient .Many browsers are managing headers, referers and redirects differently, so usual meta refresh, double meta refresh, javascript redirects etc are not working efficiently, with 100 % rate blanking. All those anonimous sites are not good, too, nothing of them pass Opera, for example, and safari sometimes works sometimes not, etc . Only redirecting from https to http is guaranteed to blank referer. You can use this site

Check visitor / bot logs, and add or remove user agents / ip ranges / hosts that you want and think that is good to add or remove from default lists that . Every person have different goals and specific visitor groups that need to allow or block on site, so adjusting of lists is necessary.

that made me understand what a cloaker is, and I think I will get one for fb ads in my hands soon!

It is repeated few times already, feel free to read through the thread.
Remove from user agent / host lists what you want to allow to visit the site. Use firefox, install addon called User Agent Switcher and test all what you want. In this case, you want to allow googlebot and their media bots, just do a Search in text file and find all instances of word google and remove them from lists.

The problem is that when I look at your site with the user agent Googlebot/2.1 me redirects to $ user_links
All references in the script Googlebot removed. Maybe you can add a condition that when you visit certain bot script (redirect) does not perform.

Check is it in hosts, too.
I don't understand what you are trying to achieve, if you want it redirected put it into lists, if not, remove it from the lists. Bots are bots, will not separate it further; why complicate things when is so easy to add or remove something from the list.

I apologize for my whining 
The script is super, likely to me when I used USER_AGENT Googlebot determined by resolution screen, plug-ins and more.
Who sent user_link on TDS (separate circuit) and the result pleased
All needed bots remain on the site.
