Looking for good hosting company that will be very fast in the USA but don't give a shit about DMCA.

It's hard to find in USA. you have to move offshore.

You won't find it. If they ignore DMCA complaints, then the host is now liable for the content, and can be put of out business. They're not going to risk that over the small amount of money that you pay per month. You will have to go with an offshore host.

Thanks guys, what is the best VPS Offshore around that is fast enough for USA (most of my traffic is US) ?
and if they don't care about adult traffic it's even better.in the past I tried hosting from russia & malaysia but it was so slow!

I started working with wrzhost. By now they seem OK. promise to update about their service and US traffic speed.

what so ever dont go with servedome in nl. their uptime is 9.9% not 99 so be warned.

I have used altushost before and uptime was 99.9%. They don't care if you used nulled scripts or started a warez site.
