Get Backlinks report for Domain not in ahrefs

I found a domain that ranks well, but has very few backlinks in ahrefs. I'd like to investigate this site further. I'd like a complete backlink report like you can find in ahrefs for the site, referring domains, do-follow or nofollow, backlinks per domain with urls. Maybe this site is using PBNs. You should have experience with tools that can find links when sites block bots like ahrefs through robots.txt and .htaccess. On the report, you will mark any PBNs that you find.
