Doesn't look like a backlink though. More like link redirection.

That's the SERP redirection link. I think you can get them if you search with javascript turned off.

I saw a lots of backlinks like that (on MOZ) on some websites (google, yahoo, bing).
Do they are real backlink or just a hack ?
I saw some put them on web 2.0 to get them index.
Any benefits from thoses links?
