Just be sort of honest about the situation and make it a bit into a sob story, but not too much and they might be generous after a few days to restore it. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. If you don't want to go that route I think there was one person on the forum who had a service for unbanning accounts but it'll cost you some money I think.
In my honest opinion, you should just move on. It's only 2K followers. That's nothing. You can make that back in 2-3 days and if you truly want to make money you should have at least 10 accounts as to prevent worries about bans such as this. I do hope you realize from now on it's silly to add any types of links to your ig accounts.. and any other noobies out there that might be reading this. I see a lot of people getting banned for this but they just don't want to stop.. so hey, less competition I guess for the long-term people.

You can contact them with your story and they will help you though , but it is time consuming spend that time on making a new one at that time though !

The account had crazy good engagement (500+ likes) and was also VERY aged so limits were very high. If someon can provide me with a PVA acc I'll be glad to give you a shoutout on my 11K acc tho

write an email to them but don't get your hopes high, move on plus you have another account. also, I doubt that anybody would give you a PVA account for free, why not create one yourself?

About the acc retrieval, there was a giveaway thread by the user WarriorAxe or BattleAxe or something like that, the thread was about "getting back banned accs" search for it (I think its in the Instagram section) and contact the OP.
