Interesting idea. But with such small searches , and if you don't promote your site, you won't even get the 200 searches/month from first page SERP.
How do you propose to monetize it?
Any stat avail on the direct typing in of the url? I haven't seen much info around that

Cmon these are not EMD (Exact Match Domain) but 5-Chars -Letters- Only domain names. The main reason they worth more is the fact that they 5-chars, no hyphens, no numbers and just plain letters only.

This give you chance to brand it into something, a service, a software a forum or whatever you like.
