Countries with low interest rate think of switzerland or japan.
You'll probably have more luck getting a credit card in your country wait for a few months and apply for a loan.

I want to find a country where they will give me $5m without asking. I mean, with the least amount of work needed.

That means:
  1. I want to get citizenship in less than 5 years if it's necessary to get loan in certain country.
  2. Make enough money and pay enough credit to build my status.
  3. Be able to apply for credit.
  4. Invest.

You can become a citizen of Germany in only 3 years.

I need to take action asap. Special forces are right around the corner. Curator (law supervisor) will piss me off tomorrow probably with their attitude.

I can't work with someone like that.

Germany will do. They have € as main profit.

My co-workers get €15 an hour while here locally only €6 (older people less like €5). Don't tell me about different prices. I know how to live off 1 cent a day.

Basically in Germania are homeless while shooting heroinex and still survive better than 99% of people here. I know who I can reach out to when I arrive to Berlin. There's a Polish dude sleeping on streets there and he might help me get quality coka. He's been shooting for about a decade now, so must know what's up.

He is a classic sociopath. High on the spectrum.

For a black hatter what matters is the total amount of money, not spendings. It's tad different than fo' people you meet on sidewalk.

You can move to any country that will allow you and where you have a realistic chance. I think there are a lot of people that want to move to Germany but it doesn't mean everyone is allowed in.

If you are a highly skilled professional you can apply for job seeker visa and stay in Germany for upto 6 months while looking for work.

Cleaning toilets is the best I can do which is plenty compared to nothing or sitting in prison.
