get approved by affiliate networks

sorry if there is another post about this topic but i didn't find any answer to my question

for exemple i have a website about HD tv where i promote cj hd tv on it

and i want to promote another category of products for exemple internet marketing books
with cookie stuffing and some other black hat methods (without a new website )

can i suscribe in affilate networks with the first site (hd tv)
and promote other kind of products
or i should create another site first where i make somme content about internet marketing then i suscribe in affilate networks.



another thing ,can i simply create a very general site let's say for exemple
an amazon competitor and register with it on all affiliate networks , and then promote all kinds of products (i promote products with blackhat methods and use a redirector link on my website )
