    Description:
    APJP is a proxy written in PHP and JAVA, which allows you to unblock the internet. APJP has 2 components, a local proxy server written in JAVA and a remote proxy server written in PHP. You install the local proxy server on your local machine and the remote proxy server on your remote machine. You configure your browsers proxy settings to use the local proxy server. The browser will communicate with the local proxy server, and the local proxy server will communicate with the remote proxy server. The internet is now unblocked.

    ----
    I use this simple script to change my ip address, upload the php script to hosting company, set your application like firefox, ie or anything to surf with proxy, edit file APJP.properties then run APJP.bat
    it support http and https proxy
    anyway, it's an open source script
    Code:
    http://code.google.com/p/apjp/

    That is nice...unfortunately, this proxy software uses Java, which is not easily available by many hosting companies.

    Some php proxy like glype, phproxy, zelune, etc don't work nice with javascript, and only work as web pages (firefox, IE, chrome), usually web hosting restrict this script because everyone on the internet can access those scripts.

    You need java to run localhost proxy that connect with php hosting.
    This script run as http and https proxy, you can use it on any software that work with http proxy (browser, messenger, etc).

    This is how it work for example:
    Firefox -> proxy localhost:10000 or 127.0.0.1:10000 -> APJP.php (on hosting side) -> some website

    localhost proxy run by APJP java

    It's a good idea. But i don't think they let you have an open port on remote machine. And it's just about the same like ssh or vph what ever they call it:) it's 5 bucks and it really safe and yours.

    keep in mind it's against the hosting ToS in 99% of all cases, means you will lose your account if they find it and in worst case they push charges.
    In most cases you just lose the account but anyway, keep it in mind ;)
