you do exactly that and the business is yours

another way is offering to manage the entire company, so it lift the weight of the owners shoulders, you deal with all the headaches like fullfillment ads etc, but in return you ask for equity, and the business is pretty much yours as you gain trust overtime

im not talking about boostrapped monkeys. ecomm store owners outsource their digital marketing, they start with money to invest the. once successful they have no time for them anymore and sell them

As i said your concept is old, i first started doing this over 20 years ago!

I targeted companies that did over $250k.
