I have put together an Amazon product scraper that imports products into OpenCart. You can use this for whatever blackhat method you wish. ;)

You will need an amazon api account for this.

You can either import the products 1 by 1 by entering an ASIN number and choosing which category on OpenCart to import it into, OR you can search amazon items and import by using a keyword such as "xbox". It searches 200 products per keyword. The keyword must match whatever product category you put in the config.php file. You do this by following this url in the script:

Just upload the amazon_adder folder to your opencart domain and follow that URL. Edit the config.php file with all the database info etc.

You can also update the prices and stock (random). Right now it chooses the lowest price on the page and uses that. This is a very simple script so you can edit it if you are good with PHP and know Amazon API.

This will most likely work but if there is an error let me know and I will fix it. Have any questions ask me. I am not an Amazon mentor, just made a script for this and thought some people might find it useful. Find the attached ZIP file.

PS. If you need a script to redirect Opencart traffic to Amazon with the "Add to Cart" button, let me know.

    nevermind I fixed my problem,

In the config where you set your table prefix, mine was "table_", leave out the "_" so it just says "table" as the script automatically puts the _

Although, now it is not showing any results, im guessing something in the API has changed or im missing something else?

I've solved all the errors that come up, but cannot get the script to return any results at all, via either search type (URL or ASIN). Has anyone solved this?
