Get Amazon affiliate API

Hello,

I try 3 times to join the amazon affiliate programs but I always have issue about my shop ID whereas I use SiteStrip url for my products...
The support it's a robot and don't have the response for my question so I would like to know if someone here has already succeeded to get approve by Amazon ?

I'm from france, I post the affiliate link from sitestrip on my website and I buy the product with my amazon account to have the 3 requiere sales to be able to have access to the API but 3 times my accounts was delete because of this:
"We've noticed that you're not using any tracking IDs associated with your store in the Amazon Special Links you've created on your website. As a result, we were unable to determine the source of the traffic."
But when I check the url from sitestrip in the Amazon check URL all is good and I see many post on internet about this error and wan't to know if someone here has already succeeded in solving this problem ?
