Get all Url's from the FB Groups I am in?

Hey Guys!
I'm looking for a fast way, to get all urls, which I joined with my account in facebook. I have an account with like 2.000 groups... Now, I don't like to do "rightclick - copy url - save in .txt" on the name of each group. Guess there is a way, do save all urls which you can find in the quellcode e.g. or another way, to do it faster. Maybe someone can help?

Look down the side of the timeline and right click each group (should be on the left side) and copy URL.

Get an iMacro recorder? I don't know any other way.

There was a guy, who told me, there is an app, which read all urls out of the source code. but he forgot the name of this app :/

started the way with right click on each group..but it takes some hours, cause it are over 2k groups..so I'm looking for another way... iMacro recorder is an idea
