This is still my favourite script for Addmefast. Follow people all day, Unfollow them when I hit my limit. No penalties from Twitter or Addmefast, however I don't recommend doing this aggressively.
My twitter account got suspended after 1 hour of running on addmefast. So I needed to type captcha to unsuspend my account. But now it says they can permanently suspend my twitter account if I use follow function too aggressively.
