maybe if you do YouTube video tutorials about cracked programs then you offer a download link for the software and another one for the patch or crack and another one for a serial key , so you offered 3 links for every viewer

I think the method hes thinking about is buy some rotating proxies from Stormproxies or something (They're in the marketplace) and then buy a traffic bot like Diabolic Traffic bot (also in marketplace). They both have trial's that give you refunds if you don't like the service, so that's why i'm suggesting these two.
Set it up so that the bot clicks your links or whatever using the rotating proxies so it seems like a real user. The sale forum has a bunch of people doing the same and they should be able to help with the specifics.
