Get a free edu email account

I found this thread via a Google search. Thanks for posting this free .edu email address tutorial. It took me five hours for me to receive my .edu email address from Cañada College. I was able to get Amazon Prime with the email account.

We can get the email but it does not work with Github Student Pack. Just order one on Fiverr that work with Github Student Pack, search "education email"
 
after signing up for the ccc account, do you still have to apply for the college?
 
Does this method still work? Its been 24 hours since I signed up and I haven't gotten any emails except for the first one you get. I did exactly everything that was shown in the Google drive files.
 
Received the first follow-up email and created WebSMART account but under the email information it says the following:

"You currently do not have a my.smccd.edu email account. Please contact the Admission & Records Office for further information."

Anyone have this issue? Could they have caught on?

Nevermind. Got the follow up emails a few hours later.

Worked for me on 10/5/2017. It was an involved process, application, etc., but worth it. Thanks, OP!
 
anyone else getting their account suspended by the Gsuite Administrator? I just tried logging in after a few months and mine got suspended. I had not used it since the initial day I set it up. Was wondering if it was due to inactivity or they are onto this method?
