Why don't you try to post on them? I've randomly checked some blogs and they are not moderated yet. However since they are posted 4 months ago on a black hat forum I don't need to tell you what is the OBL.

Well, I think it is important to build backlinks at niche relevant sites or just high PR backlinks will do it?
