Paypal doesn't allow exchanging. You could probably exchange credit card to webmoney tho.

I just contacted my bank for this, they told me the amount in roubles.

Yes they just give amount in USD have called multiple times. They said the original charge is in USD and not in rubles.
 
AFAIK webmoney works in USA and use exchangers to fund your webmoney account (PP->WMZ). Or better ask someone else you know from other country to load your sape account.

You cannot open webmoney in the US. $$$ is still up for grabs no solution has worked so far.

Yes but did you actually try to open an account?
EDIT:NVM Just tried to open an account and got the same message and I am in the UK


Looks like you will have to try the freelancer route or raise your rates.
Ask a Mod to move this to the Hire a Freelancer section or the Want to Buy section. You will probably get more responses.

Use a virtual card service, the exact transaction amount in rubles in shown almost instantly. I used neteller because it was available in the UK, I'm not sure if it's available in the US yet, but look around because there are alot of similar services. I know entropay do virtual cards, but they require some identification first. Qiwi.com does work in the US, but you'll need to verify your credit/debit card, in the same way as sape, to top up.
 
None of above methods worked. I figured this out on my own...thanks
