I don't like register dot com they are shady, they charge too much after the 1st year.

renewal charges are 35$ per year
and to transfer the domain you need to call them to get the epp code
i had one domain with them but never bothered to call them to get transferred

I guess title should be edited it should be upto 3 domains each for 0.99$

not all 3 domains are for 0.99$

It's cheap because you have to go through hoops and transfer (or to disable renewal)
It's fair. Just remember when your domains expire and you will be fine.

While I like to get cheap domain names as much as everyone else, I will never pay for lower than the average price for a domain name unless I buy them in bulk or there's a discount code. When you pay too little, you'll have to jump through hoops to get them transferred away.
