hxxp://rapidshare.com/files/229546860/296351.rar.html

One who can rescan them and post working ones here or pm me will get proxyswithcer.com license

best regards
sendlerad

i could even provide powerful proxy scanned for one who could rescan them for me,
just i dont have so powerfull machine and fast net connection and time for this,
so if any is interested and could take this job PM me i will provide software,

dude what you are asking to do is basically scan a huge ip ranges , not really knowing
whether those are proxies or not.

i just downloaded the lists and scanned with charon and found that most of them are dead,

cos when i reached the 2000 mark , i hardly had 2 alive proxies and that too http proxies
not socks or elite, neither anonymous.
