Im sure it has some kind of seo benefit.
In my experience if your keyword doesn't have spaces then it has SEO benefit.

Ah nice, quickly went through the list with all my sites. Won't be the juciest links but they are legit. And hey, a link is a link.

 

For those saying its a small list.
I only put up 20 cause i don't really see the use for hundreds of these links.
But, ill be adding some more sites to the list soon,

I dont have to Sign up anywhere in those sites right? I just have to enter the URL of my site and thats it right?
