Yeah, I would like to know this as well. Also, could someone verify adjusting the footprint as mentioned. Is that really necessary? Shouldn't it be able to scrape just as many urls as what a google search would bring up?

Please not that the results google shows are not the results you can access.
Google allows you only to get upto 1000 results.
That means, a single (or no) keyword would bring up max. 1000 results, minus google internal links, so maybe about 900.
The amount of 2mio. is misleading, you cannot get them.
Just try it, set google to return 100 results per page, then search, then see at the bottom of the result page the page number you can click...
 
It works like a charm! I tried it and do some comment manually for about 15 site and it work.

OK, but that doesn't mean that those 2 million do not exist. Conversely you can not say that there are only the 900 or so that Google will let you access. Also, it would be foolish to just grab from the list of 2 million. Better to get something at least a little more targeted ("make money online" "Powered by BlogEngine.NET 1.4.5.0").

If you try that you will get less than 900 results and now have a list of semi-targeted auto-approve blogs but you would be hard-pressed to come up with the same results from ScrapeBox. Just my thoughts.
