No follow or not it has been proven that no follow links still do effect SERP's, If you are auto posting especially with SB then its still worth adding to the list.

Also, it is worthwhile to note that Bing (accounting for almost 25% of searches and once the yahoo takeover much much more) completely ignored Google's use of the nofollow tag, so nofollow links carry just as much weight for SERPs in Bing as a d0 follow link does, which is important to consider.

If the links are no*follow that means they do not pass anchor text, even a no*follow link will pass some juice - just a lot less.

So basically, if your getting links like this don't bother to put anchor text, just put a name and make it look more legit.
