Its $25, and in turn you will get a few sales equaling 5-10x what you spent. And that guy who said he will manage your adsense account, take him up on that offer. Put some money down for quality PPC and you can get a lot of sales.

Surely to get a return from PPC I'm gonna have to spend more than $25 no? I've never done it myself but could be worth a shot , thanks. I just thought he was joking me, cos I pressumed trying to target keywords such as web design , seo etc, isn't gonna get me much bang for my buck when it comes to PPC especially with a budget of $25.
