Health Insurance: "Nobody needs to live on the street" because the government supports it.
We pay more taxes, but the quality of life is still good.
Switzerland, on the other hand, earned more before the CHF dropped. Salaries are pretty good, but the GDPR and living there, with what you earn, are somehow not better.
Life Quality is probably much better due to Nature, etc.
Ultimately, Germany is a friendly country.
The government regulates solidarity with poor people so that they pay a progressive income tax.
But from an economic point of view, we are getting a bit weaker since Production is outsourced. Look at BMW: Producing in South Africa; there are several examples.
