German Residential Proxies (alternative to packetstream?)

hello, i need about 5GB per month residential proxies from germany and austria? not sticky, random possible.

Packetstream is "ok" but super slow, any alternative for pay as you go or affordable monthly packages? Dont need the 300$ per month ones
