German Paypal problem

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong subforum, but i have a huge problem. I have a service I'm offering my customers and it has a one time fee or a monthly fee. Thing is that my Paypal account is German and it has everything linked to it and was limited once, but got it restored and everything works fine now. Now I want to create a subscription button and it won't let me. It has the Buy now, add to cart, donate, and gift certificates, but no subscribe option. I have seen on this page:

Note: Not all merchants in every country can use all the buttons that can be created. For example, German merchants cannot use Subscribe buttons even though they can be created through the API. If you can create the button for the specified country using Create PayPal payment button on PayPal, your merchant will be able to use the button

How can I solve this without going trough payment portals. Is there a plugin for wordpress that can send invoices every month? Any sollution for this?
