Geotargettign two countries on Amazon, the rules, will 1 bank ac count work?

I live in europe so the making this site, how do i get it to put users from USA to the .com site and UK customers to the .co.uk site?

Do you need a separate bank account in USA or will the one european bank account do for both .com and .co.uk affiliate (do amazon allow this)
