geotargeting the US with reels?

Hello,
does anyone happen to know how instagrams geotargeting works when it comes to reel audience? I'm looking to target a US audience but Im EU based. If I create and warm up accounts with a certain IP is it even possible to target a specific country?

Yes, you can target an audience in the USA through ig posts or reels.

use hashtags and stories and locations on posts until you start ads for geotargeting then you'll go organic that way.. its another method.. 1 of the few
