Geotargeting redirect script for blog???

Hey guys ,

I dont even know if it exists or is poss, but does anyone know of a free script that can be used on a blog, pref java, that will geotarget and redirect accordingly to the US or to UK primarily??

Why not set up 2 blogs - uk.blogname.com and us.blogname.com and slap a PHP geo location script on blogname.com and redirect to the uk or us subdomain.
