Does this have any affect, or should I bother? SEO is global but I am based on Toronto, Canada, so should I set this to Canada or just leave it? Query data has me ranking more or least globally, just wondering whether it would give me a boost locally to, its a .com domain and hosted in toronto.

If you intergrate a google plus profile to your site it will.
