Hi,
When the user comes to my landing page from a whithelisted list of countries they will stay on the page, if not they will be redirected to another page.

There are already a lot of such scripts out there which does the job pretty neat, using Maxminds IP data. I suggest going that way.

I wouldn't use primarily geolocation but you can do the exact same thing with an IP. You'd run into problems with VPN users though. Pm me for any help on this

you can try profitredirect.com , not only it have geolocation redirect, it comes with many other features such as backjack, clone page, overlay and many tutorials like where or how to get free advertising bing etc. im using it myself and its very useful but of course, there's tons of geolocation scripts out there but just not as good as what i found. hope it helps..
