Geolocated views?

Hi, I'm thinking of sending views, likes to some videos of youtube to position them with some webs of buying views that I have seen recommended in this forum.

My videos are in Spanish, do I need to send geolocalized views or can I send them from anywhere in the world?

if you want the viewers to subscribe and watch videos again it is a good idea to geotarget and only send people who speak spanish
