GeoIP Redirect Script /w Maxmind Free Database (non-JS version)

I'm not sure if anybody else has had this issue, but when I tried to set this up, I came across a couple of issues such as a blank page and also errors,

I worked out the bank page was due to ad-block, and the error was due to my host using PHP 5.3 as 5.2 is needed to make this work,

A simple .htaccess edit fixed the PHP issue, but as I had so many issues, I Thought I would upload the version I have been using

EDIT: I tried to add it as an attachment, but they don't allow Zip Files, Just remove the block

Hmmm... it doesn't work for me. I made an index.php and gave it the exact code written above. Than i placed the index.php, the geoip.inc and the GeoIP.dat in the root folder. But then i see this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geoip_country_code_by_name() in /users/zalohovane/mydomain.de/mydomain.de/geoip.inc on line 347

Any one having working script for GEO redirect I used the one which was in page one it was not working

It doesn't work for me. Every time the visitors from every country are redirected to the default page

Someone knows a way to separate the traffic in mobile and desktop? To show differents offers.
