GeoIP & Crawlers

Ha All,

does anybody know the answer to a couple of questions i have as im not sure i believe my sources!

1. If i use a GEOIP Script to redirect visitors based on there IP will it effect my rankings if my server is in the UK.

2. Will Google, Yahoo and Bing still crawl my site if the GEOIP is in place.

3. Does Google, Yahoo and Bing have all there servers in the USA or are they also in the UK.

I've known plenty of people who redirect traffic from china etc with no significant effects on the SERPs for listings coming from their intended audience regions.

if visitor to your site.com ends up on toronto.site.com for example then yes, google bot will follow to mountainview.site.com unless you cloak it.
It's still ok though, just make sure you have links to other places available from the home page and all locations will be crawled.
