Geo-Targeting?

Are there any pre-made geotargeting scripts out there that anyone has access to? I'm looking for something I can plug in to my own scripts fairly easily... basically, I just want to display one link if the visitor is from the US or Russia, and another if they are from any other country... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask in - I thought it might fall under "cloaking", but feel free to move it to another section if it is better suited somewhere else.
