Are GEO-Targeted views really required?
I'm testing out some services and the views aren't from good countries, but apparently, they are selling me real views because I am receiving views that are posting comments, so I assume that the views are real.
Basically, I tried using AdWords promoting youtube service and used worldwide. I got views from 3rd world countries, but after using it. Most of my views were coming from the USA. I was wondering if the view providers on BHW do the same for ranking youtube wise or do they just bring views from the 3rd world countries and not from the USA?
I am asking this because of CPM reasons of how 3rd world countries YT CPM's are much lower than CPM views from the USA.
