geo targeted url rotator with blank referal..

is there any place i could get a script like this.,..
ive loked all over... only find rotators with blank referal but i need one that geo targets too..

can anyone help?

my guess is you first need the script to access a GeoIP database to determine where the visitor is accessing your site from. And updates to the database cost money so im sure there is no going to be a free script out like this. Theoretically you could use a php script to get the visitors IP check the GeoIP database and return the users location and use that to display the correct ad banner.

so no scripts like this i guess?
